UNCONVENTIONAL TRADEMARKS IN THE WINE INDUSTRY 139 In addition to the above examples of registered trademarks, it is interesting to have a look at unconventional marks, which have been filed before the competent Office, but are not yet registered:  Sensi Vigne & Vini SRL25 (Class 33) – a three-dimensional mark consisting of the form of the bottle for wines and sparkling wines, with a body which is narrower at the base and wider at the centre. The bottles, either metallic rose or gold, with a mirror effect, are characterised by graphic elements and letters at the label (Image 6);  Parthe26 (Class 33) – an illustration of a siren with blue, yellow and light blue hair: the siren is seated on a wine glass; the siren’s tail is light blue; in the middle of her chest, there is a yellow seashell; her left arm is slightly raised, with several yellow grapes on her hand; and her right arm rests on her tail (Image 7); 25 Sources: https://www.tmdn.org/tmview/#/tmview/detail/IT502020000036073 & https://www.tmdn.org/tmview/#/tmview/detail/IT502020000036067, last accessed on 16 November 2020. 26 Source: https://www.tmdn.org/tmview/#/tmview/detail/IT502020000086380, last accessed on 16 November 2020.
