492 TOURISM LAW IN EUROPE The consumer has a duty to deliver unilateral termination in writing, before the expiration of the deadline. The contract is considered terminated if notification of termination is sent prior the expiration of the deadline103. In case of the unilateral termination, the consumer does not have a duty to pay charges, or another price for services, which were provided before using his right for the unilateral termination, and he is not responsible for damages to the provider which occurred because of the unilateral termination104. It is prohibited to request payment in advance, payment of the deposit or another financial transaction, from the consumer in favour of the provider, before the expiration of the deadline for unilateral termination105. 10. TOURIST TRANSPORT In Montenegro, the legal framework for the tourist transport is provided by international and domestic sources of law. Sources of law for the domestic transport of passengers are Law on the Obligations106, Law on Maritime and Domestic Sails107, Law on the Carriage by Road108, Law on the Railway109, Law on Safety, Organisation and Efficiency of the Railway Carriage110, Law on Obligations and Proprietary Rights in Air Carriage111, Private International Law Act112.
