Tourism Legislation expands and impinges onto other laws, for instance, criminal law, civil law, food safety law, consumer law, equal opportunities law, health and safety legislation, fire safety, road safety and marine legislation, because they represent activities connected to the Tourism Industry; this is the reason why Tourism Legislation is so dynamic.
