The intervention of the Secretary of State for Tourism (SETUR) was decisive to fit the professionals of this group who are listed in the self-employed regime. The solution adopted for them to be entitled to benefits is that they must be registered in section 79.90 CNAE (Classification of Economic Activities) and section 882 IAE (Tax on Business Activity). 3.2. Declaration of essential services for specified tourist accommodations Royal Decree-Law 8/2020, of 17 March, on extraordinary urgent measures to face the economic and social impact of COVID-19 (BOE no. 73), establishes different measures to avoid the negative effects on employment and business viability derived from the suspension of public contracts. In order to avoid a negative structural impact on this part of the productive fabric and so that these measures can be implemented, as reflected in the preamble of Order TMA/277/2020, of 23 March, by which essential services are declared to certain tourist accommodation and complementary provisions are adopted (BOE no. 82), it is necessary to guarantee that the workers involved in certain permitted activities can have accommodation and food. To achieve the objective set out in Article 1, several tourist accommodations listed in an annex for the provision of accommodation service to groups of workers are declared essential services. These accommodations will be kept closed to the general public and can only accommodate workers who carry out the following tasks:  maintenance, health care, repair and execution of works of general interest;  supply of agricultural and fishery products, and crews of fishing vessels, as well as complementary services, in the fields of health, port, airport, road and rail, food, rescue and maritime safety;  installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunication networks and data processing centres, energy and water supply, supply and transport services of goods or passengers linked to the activities allowed by Royal Decree 463/2020;  essential services, such as armed forces and security;  workers who carry out activities related to the supply of electrical energy, products derived from oil and gas; or
