Those enable such Boards in the exercise of their competences, systems and applications whereby they must guarantee the compatibility and exchange of information within the Consumer Arbitration System. To this end, it should be articulated through a centralized computer application that the Ministry of Health and Social Policy will provide to the Consumer Arbitration Boards that voluntarily join. Jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned article 8 of the Royal Decree, while the practice of notifications shall take place at the electronic headquarters designated by the parties, understood to be carried out for all purposes from the day following that on which access to the content of the relevant arbitration action is recorded. Finally, the place of the electronic arbitration shall be where the Consumer Arbitration Board or the territorial delegation of the Arbitration Board competent to hear the procedure has its headquarters. However, if the award appears in a different place, the place of arbitration shall be understood to be the place where the award was made.
